2020 has been an unprecedented year but we have gone through it with many positive outcomes. Despite the stressful moments, our clients and students have thrived in many aspects and their performance at school, university or in learning a new language with us has been fantastic! We want to thank you for your trust and for this year of hard work!


Some of our students have gone through the brevet blanc this year, which as it is, is a huge achievement! Congrats and all the best for next year!


Ruby, Sasha and Hamish have obtained leadership positions in their class or their school, and how proud we are!


A family dear to my heart is moving out of Melbourne, and we would like to wish Anne, Elias and Nina the best in their new adventure! It is a pleasure to work and to know you!


As you know, the French culture is a lot about food, I have attached some easy but delicious recipes to get our tastebuds dancing during this holiday season💃🏽

Menu de Noël


Carpaccio de St Jacques(scallops), with the native Australian finger lime - how I do it

Carpaccio de St Jacques


Ingredients for 2 people:


6 scallops

Olive oil

Lime juice

Lime zests

Mandarine zests

Finger lime

Salt and Pepper


Slice the scallops finely.

Prepare a marinade with the other ingredients, and adjust the lime juice as preferred. More lime juice should be added should a more tangy flavour be desired.

Let marinate at least for a few minutes and enjoy!
